PVC-O pipe extrusion line is testing successful in Polytime Machinery – Suzhou Polytime Machinery Co., Ltd.

On January 13, 2023, Polytime Machinery carried out the first test of 315mm PVC-O pipe line exported to Iraq. The whole process went smoothly as always. The whole production line was adjusted in place once the machine was started, which was highly recognized by the customer.

The test was conducted both online and offline. Iraqi customers watched the test remotely, while Chinese representatives were sent to inspect the test on the spot. This time we mainly produce 160mm PVC-O pipe. After Chinese New Year Holiday, we will complete the test of 110mm,140mm,200mm,250mm and 315mm pipe diameter.

 

This time, our company also broke through the technical bottleneck again, upgraded and optimized the mold design, and further improved the stability and speed of tube extrusion with the help of the software. It can also be seen from the picture that the tractor and cutting machine are the latest design, all the processing workpiece are processed by 4-axis CNC lathe, to ensure that the processing accuracy and assembly accuracy reach the world's top standards.
