PVC roof tile extrusion line has been tested successfully in Polytime Machinery

Plastic roof tile are used in a variety of types of composite roofing and they’re becoming increasingly popular for residential roofs since their advantages of light weight,high strength and long service life.

On February 2th, 2024, Polytime conducted the trial run of PVC roof tile extrusion line from our Indonesian customer. The production line consists of 80/156 conical twin screw extruder, forming machine&haul-off, cutter, stacker and other parts. After checking the sample pulled from production line , comparing it with drawing, the product meets the requirements well. Customers took part in test through video, and they were very satisfied with the entire operation and final products.
